【特徴】新茶の葉の柔らかい芽の部分が煎茶を作る過程でこわれてダマになってしまったものを混ぜたお茶で、その形から「たま茶」と呼ばれています。新茶のダマなので味は新茶同様です。その上、サシが利くので２煎目、３煎目でもおいしく飲める大変お得なお茶です。【淹れ方のこつ】 ①急須に茶葉（２人分約５ｇ）を入れ熱いお湯を注ぎ２～３分待ちます。 ②湯呑に少しずつ均等に注ぎ分け、最後の一滴まで完全に注ぎ切ります。 ※２煎目・３煎目になるとダマがひらいてさらに美味しくお飲みいただけます。

Therefore, it is a very profitable tea.【HOW TO MAKE THE TEA】 ① Place tea leaves (about 5 g for 2 people) into teapot and pour hot water and wait for 2 to 3 minutes. ② Pour evenly little by little until completely end to the last drop. ※ It is still delicious when the lump of flour opens after boiling with 2 times or 3 times.
